A reader first and a writer second, she believes writing is best done under the cover of darkness with a glass of red wine close at hand. When she's not dreaming up new monsters to fall in love with, she's juggling a day job, a husband, two small children, and two naked cats.
Her favorite place is her summer house, where she can gaze out over endless fields and dream up entirely different worlds.
